Upgrade binutils and gold.
upgrade binutils-2.19 to binutils-2.20.1
upgrade gold to a relatively new version binutils-20100303
Before, both binutils and gold were built from binutils-2.19.
Now binutils will be built from binutils-2.20.1 and gold will
be built from binutils-20100303.
