Revert "BT: Modified logging framework for unified logging"cm-14.1_old
Requires proprietary libbt-logClient.so file from CAF. This reverts commit b7998a405dd1d87f039a6b1e4881769ce934a9ab. Change-Id: I1ea81dbecd74c2b9ae4d5f8719938db9018770ab
