omx-components: support buffer sync with framework in omx-components
BZ: 10894
video middleware buffer's renderDone flag will be set as 'true' at
next buffer process cycle, so that before the specific buffer is
passed to omx-components after rendered/discarded, the video middleware
cannot recycle this buffer, hence avoiding frame tearing between
codec and rendering system.
