Rename all of the ascend files:
That way we hopefully won't need the runlex.sh hack any
more. Also the ylwrap stuff is (hopefully) obsolete.
ascend.[hc] -> ascendtext.[hc]
ascend-scanner.l -> ascend_scanner.l
ascend-grammar.y -> ascend.y
