Change Android to Replicant in the settings.HEADreplicant-11

This was done with the following two commands:
  sed 's/Android/Replicant/g' -i res/values*/strings.xml
  sed 's/The Replicant Open Source Project/The Android Open Source Project/g' -i res/values*/strings.xml

The second command was needed as we cannot nor want to change the
copyrights.

The advantage of that implmentation is that it's more simple than
LineageOS approach with lineage-sdk. Using that would have required
more extensive changes to both the Android tree and the lineage-sdk
repository. In addition similar changes (with sed) would need to have
been done in our fork of the lineage-sdk repository anyway.

This change only takes care of the branding. We will need to do
additional changes to reflect the precise Replicant version in the
settings (like Replicant 11 0001 RC1).
