Add tracing tags to vibrator
Now all somewhat time-consuming methods of the VibratorService
are surrounded by traceBegin/traceEnd blocks.
The vibration itself is surrounded with asyncTrace block.
Test: Run "systrace vibrator" and see the time consumption report.
