Makefile: fix help.
Since the markdown target depends on the html target and that it is
mentioned in the README, it's a good idea to mention it in the
Makefile help as well.
This was broken since the commit
dac22e627f3c716201556537849743387464c73d ("Initial import") which is
also the very first commit.
