Add download.replicant.us for releases.HEADreplicant-6.0mastermain
The primary download website is download.replicant.us and it is hosted
on the Replicant VM at the FSF. It's also a good idea to keep
https://ftp2.osuosl.org/pub/replicant/ so we need to keep releasing
there as well.
