command line.

It references a findbugs-exclude.xml that does not exist and prints
a warning in the Eclipse Error Log. This is likely due to a
copy/paste from the Jack project.

- Files to compare are passed as method parameters rather than as constructor
parameters. It will be homogeneous with dex comparator.
