[4.9] Disable compiler.h fixinclude fix.

2014-08-04 Alexander Ivchenko <alexander.ivchenko@intel.com>
* inclhack.def (complier_h_tradcpp): Remove.
* fixincl.x: Regenerate.
* tests/base/linux/compiler.h: Remove.
