Remove phone number lookup settings in the graphical interface

When the phone number lookup settings were enabled the app was leaking
private information. To prevent that, the following commits in
vendor/cmsdk disabled it by default and made sure that the settings
were switched back to disabled:

de9e5b0 Disable phone number lookup by default for privacy
2d8ae47 Disable phone number lookup settings during upgrade

This change removes the phone number lookup service from the graphical
interface as well. If we wouldn't remove it then users could still
enable it without understanding that it leaks private information to
third parties.

Lookup: make people lookups work without location

Lookup: use a more up-to-date user agent

For example "Whitepages" dislikes the old user agent and just answers
with an empty response. This one is closely related and hopefully
more future-proof.

Handle lookup permissions at runtime

This adds simple runtime permission requesting into the search
fragment and debug info to the lookup provider. Before it was
simply failing silently with an unrelated exception message.

Lookup: improve "Auskunft" (AT) API.

This is a follow-up on Ib57a4aca35bcd80f320c5a2a44faac4c9c9d3026
which improves the parsing process by working the search response of
section by section to not miss any incomplete data sets.
The old process was kind of error prone because it searched for all
names, numbers and addresses and tried to match those which of
course failed if there was e.g. an address missing.
