From 1da177e4c3f41524e886b7f1b8a0c1fc7321cac2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Linus Torvalds Date: Sat, 16 Apr 2005 15:20:36 -0700 Subject: Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! --- arch/frv/Kconfig.debug | 74 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 74 insertions(+) create mode 100644 arch/frv/Kconfig.debug (limited to 'arch/frv/Kconfig.debug') diff --git a/arch/frv/Kconfig.debug b/arch/frv/Kconfig.debug new file mode 100644 index 00000000000..0034b654995 --- /dev/null +++ b/arch/frv/Kconfig.debug @@ -0,0 +1,74 @@ +menu "Kernel hacking" + +source "lib/Kconfig.debug" + +config EARLY_PRINTK + bool "Early printk" + depends on EMBEDDED && DEBUG_KERNEL + default n + help + Write kernel log output directly into the VGA buffer or to a serial + port. + + This is useful for kernel debugging when your machine crashes very + early before the console code is initialized.
