Make it compile under Android 10

In build/make with at least Android 9 and 10, many compilation
flags that turns compilation warnings into errors (like -Werror)
are passed to the clang compiler.

Here it would make no sense to maintain ourselves fixes to convert
all the evdev source code to compile with such flags, so until
someone fixes that in the upstream evdev project, it's better to
avoid such compilation flags.
