The only in-tree user for mbx driver for Intel 2700G graphics chip was
cm-x270 platform. Since this platform was removed by the commit
9d3239147d6d ("ARM: pxa: remove Compulab pxa2xx boards") there is no
point to keep the obsolete framebuffer driver.

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:
struct foo {
int stuff;
struct boo array[];
};
By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:
"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

Fix up inconsistent usage of upper and lowercase letters in "Exynos" name. "EXYNOS" is not an abbreviation but a regular trademarked name. Therefore it should be written with lowercase letters starting with capital letter. The lowercase "Exynos" name is promoted by its manufacturer Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., in advertisement materials and on website. Rename picture parameter set (it's a long packet, not a long write) and compression mode (it's not a DCS command) enumerations according to the DSI specification. Order the types according to the spec. Use tabs instead of spaces for indentation. Use all lower case for hex.
