Update soong for ShouldFollowSymlinks argument to pathtools.Glob
pathtools.Glob now takes a ShouldFollowSymlinks argument. Add
pathtools.FollowSymlinks to all the calls to pathtools.Glob to
maintain current behavior.
Test: m checkbuild
