SnapdragonCamera: frame capture path
Frame the path for each capture.
1. ZSL image -> YUV reprocess -> filters -> framework jpeg encoding
2. Non-ZSL -> filters -> framework jpeg encoding
3. Optimizing bestpicture filter image saving
4. Adjusting roi according to the mirror
