Replaced encodeURL with URI to check if URL is correct. Also, disabled "save link" option for incorrect URLs. A new feature to reveal the titlebar on pageload is added. Fullscreen logic is modfied to take into consideration of the state of quickcontrols and the fullscreen browser setting.
