In the next situation:
 - POP3 Account
 - No remove messages from mail server Email account setting
 - Single mailbox is selected

When a mail is deleted from local inbox, the mail is dropped to trash folder, but a null message
flagged with deleted status is created to allow sincronization with the pop3 server to not download
the message again. When the message is purged from server, the null message is also removed from inbox

The mail activity make use of Message.FLAG_LOADED_SELECTION when query the mail database, and is not
showing this null messages, but the email widget, on "Simple mailbox selection" is
not using Message.FLAG_LOADED_SELECTION flag to discriminate this "null messages".

Added a catch in case the meeting_info view doesn't exist.
Also, added the id meeting_info to the viewes that caused the crash.

This corrects commit 5499b724dac5569e917ab00c0d7774633afa2f49

* Because we push the expiration value frequently (not only when
policies change, but also after alerting the user to change his
settings), we're pushing this value further and further into
  the future.
* In the referenced bug, the data IS being deleted, but then the
expiration is pushed out, putting us back into compliance with
policies (wrongly), which leads to the data syncing right back
  again
* The fix is to only push the expiration when it has changed; the
  fix is trivial

The invite tab doesn't show meeting times.
As a result, the user is forced to click the "View in Calendar" to see the details.
The invite_info field currently contains the string "Going?". This change adds the meeting time to that field in the format "(start-end)".
