Changed method to get the hostname parameter for the HELO/EHLO SMTP command.

This change is necessary for me to have my outgoing emails not rejected by my Postfix server.

This is inspired by change already made by k9mail (http://code.google.com/p/k9mail/).

Small hack to ensure color chip changes are applied correctly when editing account.

Used accounts upgrade mechanism to force erasure of app settings.

This solves FC issues with moving messages, and is only a minor
inconvenience to users (this does not affect accounts).  This is a
one-time process.

Also changed message moving code to prevent option to move messages
for any but ActiveSync accounts.

Fixes problem where pop3 account messages get marked unread after server sync if they have
attachments or images and have been marked read from the message list in lieu of entering
the email.
