I've added a new helper sub-library named android-support-v4-donut (API level 4). It contains all the public classes and interfaces needed by the new TTS API support. Thanks to that library, all later helper sub-libraries can directly use those classes and interfaces - it makes the implementation significantly simpler. I've added a new helper sub-library named android-support-v4-donut (API level 4).
