[RTT2] Convert APIs to use MacAddress
MacAddress class is being added as a public API. Convert ad-hoc byte[] represetations to new class. Bug: 65108607 Test: unit tests and integration tests Change-Id: I8c93c9ec8dbdc6a6e2b1ed0a4dace895d3c0e32a
