Subject: Revert "Add utility methods for reading and writing text (mostly
 sysfs) files."

An improved version has been added to the CMSDK since CM 13.0.
All users of this should be converted to using the CMSDK version.

This reverts commit 843599985b06fc7b224109d58e73d91d5920eeb1.
