When picking a contact from the recipient list,
and entered via append() its treated as a EMAIL.

This patch differentiates items if query type is PHONE.

[Quantum chips] change chips into ReplacementSpan

There seems to be an issue with ImageSpan where it
sets the default text cursor size to the height of
the ImageSpan. In this CL I changed the chips to
extend ReplacementSpan and simply draw the chip
ourselves by overriding the draw method.
