Update patch files for bp files of benchmarks

The patches for adding flags to benchmarks were out-of-date and caused
patch error while building the benchmarks. For now we still keep these
diffs to add flags.
Fixed them by renewing the patches for binder, dex2oat, hwui, and skia.

Fix bugs caused by Hwui and Skia syncing

After syncing aosp/internal master to up-to-date version, Hwui and Skia
cannot build correctly in the suite. Did several modification to fix
them:
  -Fixed blueprint file patch in Hwui
  -Fixed blueprint file patch in Skia
  -Removed Skia patch since its no longer needed
  -Fixed indentation in diff files

Test: Rebuilt Skia and Hwui successfully

Move Android toolchain benchmark suite from external/toolchain-utils to
this directory.
