- Checkout all layoutlib changes from v15 by:
  git checkout a8007bc17d6da79a7ef575 -- layoutlib-api/

- Remove annotations (NonNull, Nullable and MagicConstant) so that the
  dependency list doesn't need to be updated.
- Reset build.gradle and iml files.
