Do Not Implement DataProvider

For some reason, if LogcatMainPanel implements DataProvider and supports a CommonDataKeys.EDITOR dataId, some basic things don't properly.

Specifically, adding JTextField as child of LogcatMainPanel will not handle some keys (Backspace, Arrows, Enter etc.). Instead, they seem to be diverted to the Editor instead.

The DataProvider was needed in order to support ToggleUseSoftWrapsToolbarAction but this can be circumvented by extending the class to provide an Editor directly.

Move customizations applicable only to AndroidStudio to a separate xml descriptor, make it optional and enabled only in AndroidStudio.
Add assertion which will fire on IDE start-up if these customizations appear in IDEA.

LE: Disable InlineConstVals in CodeGen

This is to R.class where at edit time, Studio uses fake generated
R.java with incorrect value for resolution purpose.

The real values are not generated until build time by AAPT.

Instead of gathering the R.class compiled output, we can disable
constant inlining so we fetfch the value at runtime.

[MPSS] Allow databinding to work with module per source set

This change makes LayoutBindingModuleCache use the same for all modules
and bases it of the main source set module for correct dependencies.

We also filter the facets in LayoutBindingEnabledFacetsProvider to
prevent duplicate classes.
