Fix UI disordered when starting activity in background

ViewPager can't get its actual height when updating in background.
Call super.onMeasure() at first to retrive child count and then call
setMeasuredDimension().

Let wallpaper connection follow activity life cycle

For some case framework will relaunch all exist activities but preserve
their windows, and framework will also unbind all binding service during
relaunch. So for those service which used to draw things, a safer way
should let they followed activity's life cycle.

Enable preview checkbox to hide bottom panel, otherwise to show it.
Default behavior will show bottom panel with preview unchecked.

This is caused by dispatching touch event to wallpaper engine without
conditions. It will check if there is no other view to handle touch event
then dispatch to wallpaper engine.

Keep "Set wallpaper" button the same position in different tabs.

1. Consider both (info > setting) page and (info < setting) page cases,
   add extra space to let "Set wallpaper" button can align bottom.
2. Add extra height in info page top area if info page has
   enough empty space.
3. Refine info and setting layouts in portrait and landscape.
4. Correct dummy data can't show title.

Align info and setting tab to the same height

It will feel tab jumping while switching to different tab, which causes
from info tab and customize tab's height are not the same.

Visit all child views first and then determine the maximum height for
ViewPager.
