- Common Activity/Drawer-management from Radio was extracted into
  CarDrawerActivity in car-stream-ui-lib. CarRadioActivity now uses it.
- Fixing Android.mk to include v7-appcompat if not included already.

- Removing CarRadioMenu since its no longer needed.

Fixing title/arrow color during day/night switches

- Using correct resources for title/arrow color when drawer is open/closed.
  Using car_title when drawer is open so that it resolves the correct color
  based on day/night mode. When drawer is closed, its always light.
- Also adding logic in onPostCreate to set color. This addresses case that
  drawer is open when day/night mode switch happens.
