Rewrite about_aospmirrorgroup.html
I don't know who wrote the previous about_aospmirrorgroup.html
that was deployed on the git.replicant.us website and I didn't
manage to get the permission (yet) to publish it either because
the people who may have written it are very busy.
Since it lacked some important information (the fact that it
lagged behind LineageOS and that we did tag the repositories
wasn't mentioned) I rewrote it while adding that information.
