Add GNU ADNS to the Windows build environment. A precompiled DLL can be
found at
http://adns.jgaa.com/
and
http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/development/
The modifications to the root-level config.h.win32 and Makefile.nmake
may not be neccessary.
