Revert "MmsRequest: Reimplement automatic data sub switch"stable/cm-13.0-ZNH2KB
I'm an idiot. telephony's DCT already does this, something else is broken and causing the switch failures This reverts commit c76119708155474eb2bd846a32d4c3b0eae842cf.
